CP 410 GPS CURRENT INTERRUPTER
Synchronized GPS current Interrupters are used to carry out ON/OFF surveys, CIPS, and DCVG.
The CP 410 can be programmed for any time requirement as well as for continuous cyclic intervals in days, hours, and/or minutes
The CP 410’s timers are controlled by GPS satellite time which guarantees perfect synchronizing of ON/OFF times among all interrupters being used.
The CP 410 allows for synchronous interruption with EXTREMELY short ON/OFF values (tenths of seconds).
The CP 410 optimizes work performance through automatic satellite re-synchronization of units, thus avoiding manual adjustment of equipment.
Ideal for Close Interval Potential Surveys (CIPS), the CP 410 is also the most appropriate unit for any survey on Cathodic Protection equipment that requires ON/OFF interruption.
The CP 410 has two types of programming which enables work to be carried out continuously (24/7)) OR within a set time frame (for example, from 9 am – 5 pm) so that the rectifier cycles only when necessary.
The CP 410 can be ordered with or without an internal key, however the unit includes a connector for solid-state relay with MOSFETS output.
A variety of external or internal interrupter switches are available according to customer requirements.
SPECIFICATIONS
Input
Three power sources:
100/240 V, 50/60 Hz, Monophase network
0 AH Maintenance free battery included.
Charge time: 10 hrs.
12 V external battery connection.
Range
Internal battery included.
While connected to external source of power, the CS 410 can operate indefinitely.
The unit includes a low battery cutoff which increases battery work life.
Synchronization
Synchronization is carried out autonomously through a GPS plaque. The processing system produces delays and user programmed trigger edge changes. This indispensable quality allows for compatibility with other brands of interrupters.
User Interface
4 lines x 20-character display plus 4 function keys make configuration of the survey parameters to be tested easy and fast.
Programming
The CP 410 includes an internal calendar which allows for the programming of day, hour, start, and finish, as well as survey cycle times, trigger ridge and delay.
External key
MOSFET ouput mounted on a dissipator ensuring low temperature increase to high currents.
Various models of external keys are available in function of voltage and current requirements, where maximum current values are 200V and 100Amp
